Thanks to all who responded.  Many thanks to Jack O'Connell who sent me the
extension.  The extension is called addll1.avx and will add latitude and
longitude values to your shapefile.  The best part is that your shapefile
can be in almost any projection!  The user needs to input the current
projection information from drop-down lists.  Very easy to use.  If you are
